Mk808 download Boot failed

Hello,

I had a concern for updating firmware marked with (download failed boot). I have managed to touch the pins 8 and 9, I run RKAndroidTool, I have "Found RKAndroid MaskRom Usb Rock", but whenever I try to make a NAND erase (IDB), he always tells me "Download Boot failed".

Do you have an idea to help me?

Finally, I manage to make a NAND erase. For cons, I can not make a Flash ROM, I get the error "Download failed IDB"

I have changed USB cable, uninstall and reinstall the drivers finless, installed the usb cable to a hub, but I can not seem to make it work. Would someone an idea?

dont use any usb hub when updateing firmware, when updateing use otg port
